Account and photos
The app’s account-deletion page provides the actual deletion route, including when you cannot reinstall the app. Photo deletion and account deletion are different actions. Use the app’s privacy information to understand what each action removes.
Purchases and credits
Check the purchase or subscription screen in the app for current prices, available credits and renewal terms. Use the store that handled a store purchase to manage its subscription. For a delivery problem, contact support privately with the relevant purchase reference when requested. Never post receipts containing personal details publicly.
Report a result
Use the app’s reporting route if a generated result raises a concern. A technical failure can instead be described by the steps leading up to it and any displayed error message. There is no need to create another paid image just to report a problem.
